LucasFilm Ltd./ Disney has revealed Forces of Destiny. Its a new micro-series to feature iconic characters like Ahsoka Tano, Princess Leia, Rey, Jyn Erso, and Maz Kanata. It will appear on Youtube in July. With the announcement of the series came news that Hasbro will produce a new product line associated with the series, that seemed to be tailored to girls while not alienating other fans. This would mark a huge step forward for LucasFilm Ltd./Disney to appease the demand by young female fans of Star Wars, a group that is usually left behind when it comes to toy lines. Being a fan and having a daughter I’m glad to see this happening.
